My manifesto

This manifesto is a sneak peek into who I am, how I think, and how I work.

Work ethic

My work reflects who I am.
I want projects I work on to be a source of pride for me. As a result, I am committed to producing quality work that represents my skills and are aligned with my values.
I engage wholeheartedly when what I do brings me purpose and joy.

People first

We always work with people, for people.
For me, empathy is paramount and I believe kindness is a strong foundation for great professional relationships.
This allows me to trust people always have valid reasons for their views in disagreements, and focus on trying to understand diverging points of views.

Leadership

Leadership starts with supporting others.
I embrace a style of servant leadership, prioritizing support over taking control. Within a team, I naturally assume a role of facilitator: I help others take a step back, explore new perspectives and I make myself available so everyone can move forward.
I am willing to lead more actively when I believe a project requires it from me. When doing so I always make sure it remains aligned with my bottom-up mindset.

Sincerity

Sincerity is the foundation of any successful collaboration.
Feedback is vital for growth, and the most valuable feedback teaches me how to improve.

Continuous improvement

Curiosity and transparency are the driving forces behind continuous improvement.
I believe deeply understanding our work and committing to continuous improvement are key to a team’s success.
I enjoy exploring new ideas and testing new things. Whether they succeed or fail, I'll get something out of it and improve.
Regular and informal exchanges build trust through transparency, which makes it easier to come up with feedback that creates growth.

Strategic thinking

Practice without theory is blind.
I focus on the big picture before diving into details. Understanding the real need of a project is essential, as it ensures alignment with meaningful goals.
When unexpected challenges arise, I adapt by finding a balance between vision, adjustments and quality.
